Frontier Co-op® Dried Whole Cordyceps Mushrooms combine earthy and nutty notes with a hint of umami to provide an added depth of flavor to entrées, soups and teas.
Directions
Briefly rinse dried mushrooms in very cold water. Soak in a volume of warm water that is equal to twice the volume of mushrooms. Soak for 30 minutes. Mushrooms should be plump, soft and tender. If dry or tough, continue soaking to desired texture. Drain and press out excess water. Use mushrooms as desired. Remaining water can be used as a base for sauces, soups or stocks.Suggested Uses
Add to soups for a richer broth, top pasta and mix with stir fry, or brew to make a warming tea.No Artificial Ingredients
